I use it to connect to an Activity Tracker purchased at Aldis. The app does what it advertises and I am relatively happy with its performance. Would be great if it supported HealthKit but I doubt that will happen soon.

this app is not working. Just works9-10 seconds and close. Please fix the problem

Not happy at all. First off the scale stopped syncing with the app. Customer service...a waste. They couldnt help so apparently they give up and stop trouble shooting. I thought that since its been awhile since Apple Health had been out that they would add the ability to sync to it. Thats a big fat NOPE! One would think that if a company is going to create fitness products that they would want all the details and info they could get out of those products. Such a shame. UPDATE: Just released the new update. Does it have Apple Health sync? No! Have I heard back from support in regard to the scale issue? No! Will I ever purchase another Crane product? No! I did purchase the activity tracker. Funny how it was saying I was walking AND running when I had it laying on our counter top to charge. No it wasnt moving and it said I had walked two miles during the night. This happened every night. I owned it for one week and returned it for a refund. JUNK and HORRIBLE customer service!

Scale screws and says here about 40,000 pounds and theres no way to fix it Im thinking about get rid of it and bring it back to store I got it, customer service.

Worked great until the update. Now it shows weight, bmi, water and muscle off the charts. Weight 2,000lbs and date shows 2065

The last update to fix a supposed bug in the scale now makes the scale not connect with Bluetooth no matter what is tried. I have the version before this upgrade on my iPod and it connects instantly. Please fix so I can go back to using my phone.

Not working after iOS 9

The latest update causes the app to crash immediately

Hoping they incorporate a reward system or goals to earn. Works great with 4s. Update: 9/16/15 the activity band is still working perfect with the app. On my 4s. Update: 9/18/15 Spoke too soon app crashes with the new iso9. I rely on this app, please fix!!! -otherwise it was working great before the iso9 update

App launches, shows icons screen, then quits since upgrading iPhone 4s to iOS 9 earlier today.

Please fix the crash issue with the new iPhone update! I need to check my sleep stats. Thanks! Otherwise great app!

Like everyone else is mentioning, the app worked great until Apples new update. Now the app will open for a short period then crash. I havent been able to sync since :(

Liked the app. I have the scale and fitness band boy worked fine till iOS 9 now it crashes as soon as you open the app

Cant open! Please fix!!! Every other app. Has a update, whats taking so long???????????

Will not stay open since I updated to OS 9.

As all have been experiencing the iOS 9 upgrade has caused crashes upon startup. If you turn off the Bluetooth it will load and you can see all your data, but of course its useless. I downloaded the exercise band app from the same developer and that seems to work, it just doesnt have the other built in functions for the scale and other devices.

Good app that would be great if they added HealthKit integration.

Disappointed. Are they still in business? Registered yesterday with many personal questions but they havent sent the email to complete registration! Retried registration but no response, very disappointed.
