Not happy at all. First off the scale stopped syncing with the app. Customer service...a waste. They couldnt help so apparently they give up and stop trouble shooting. I thought that since its been awhile since Apple Health had been out that they would add the ability to sync to it. Thats a big fat NOPE! One would think that if a company is going to create fitness products that they would want all the details and info they could get out of those products. Such a shame.
UPDATE: Just released the new update. Does it have Apple Health sync? No! Have I heard back from support in regard to the scale issue? No! Will I ever purchase another Crane product? No! I did purchase the activity tracker. Funny how it was saying I was walking AND running when I had it laying on our counter top to charge. No it wasnt moving and it said I had walked two miles during the night. This happened every night. I owned it for one week and returned it for a refund. JUNK and HORRIBLE customer service!
