App crashes soon after it is opened

The crash issue started recently. I dont remember when exactly. Its getting worse and worse. This morning I was still able to connect and record my weight. However by evening, it crashed immediately after it was opened. I tried to closed the app, exited the app, power off my iPhone. But none has worked.
